Refund policy

Opened DVDs are not eligible for return or refund unless the disc is defective.

If your DVD arrives damaged or does not play properly, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. 

*Refunds for eligible returns will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
